Henley YMCA Housing Scheme

Henley YMCAHenley YMCA offers affordable, good quality housing for young people with a connection to Henley and the wider surrounding area who come to us between the ages of 18-25.

The accommodation comprises 21 self-contained studios (living and sleeping area plus a kitchen and a toilet/shower room) and 9 flats (comprising a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen).

Rents are currently from around £80 a week, which includes autumn and winter time background heating. Residents are responsible for paying council tax, TV licences and electricity. Housing Benefit help may be available for eligible residents.

In addition to providing accommodation in a community of young people, Henley YMCA offers support to help residents address the wide range of challenges related to achieving successful independent living. Personal development opportunities are also on offer.
